The KleenJet® Ultra 1550C incorporates higher temperatures and pressures, a new boiler maintenance technology, and other industrial-caliber features.

“The 1550C machines represent our most powerful 50 Hz steam cleaners to date,” Daimer.com global spokesperson Matthew Baratta said. “Self-cleaning capabilities, detergent tanks, higher capacities and power – these machines are designed for tough jobs.”

The equipment has a 4 L boiler and 3 L continuous refill chamber. The 1600-watt machines have a stainless steel case, measure 61 cm by 40 cm and weigh about 22 kg. Each machine includes a 3-meter steam hose.

The machines come with industrial-strength extension rods, large triangular and rectangular brushes with clips for towels and an assortment of smaller detail and corner brushes.

Pexheat.com
Smithtown, NY – May 5, 2010 – Pexheat.com is proud to announce a new product to our line of Radiant Floor Heating installation tools, the new Fireman Commander Tubing Unwinder. This is an extremely efficient solution to tubing handling and uncoiling.

When you cut the bands on a PEX Tubing coil, it is like a snake. It has a mind of its own and requires a person dedicated to “wrangling” the tubing during installation. And if your coils are of longer lengths, 500 ft. and 1000 ft., there is significant risk of kinking the tubing which then needs to be repaired and can significantly slow you down.

A Tubing Unwinder keeps the tubing “caged” and manageable. It uncoils the tubing which takes the set out of it and makes for a flatter more professional looking installation. You will also find one man can do an installation with little problem and your installation will go significantly faster.

Fireman Tools has come out with a remarkably rugged yet light unwinder. This tool will handle up to the heaviest radiant floor tubing coils making for an affordable solution for most residential and light commercial jobs. It is extremely well priced for purchase for contractors as well as rentals for the first time do-it-yourselfer.

Just over half of S&P 500 members have reported financial results that count toward the index’s first quarter. More than three-quarters of them have topped earnings forecasts. As I wrote here recently, upside earnings surprises are the norm these days because investors reward companies that over-deliver by chasing their stock prices higher, and so managers and analysts have come to chronically under-forecast. (Two of the three companies highlighted in that story have since reported earnings, each producing upside surprises of more than 25%.)

The three S&P 500 members listed below did something slightly less common than beating earnings estimates in their recent quarterly results. They beat sales estimates, too — and they increased their earnings and sales over the past year. About 44% of reported companies have done that, so I selected ones whose sales growth also exceeded 30%. Long-term studies show that, although companies that surpass earnings estimates tend to go on to provide larger stock returns than those that don’t, those that beat earnings and sales estimates do even better.

Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold

Sales growth, most recent quarter: 68%

Copper prices have been remarkably volatile in recent years. Five years ago, a pound of the stuff could be bought for around $1.50. That price briefly topped $4 in 2008, then plunged back to $1.50 in early 2009. Now, it’s over $3. Profits for the world’s largest publicly traded copper producer, Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold (FCX: 70.49, -3.25, -4.40%), have been understandably erratic over the past year. Last quarter the company earned more than $2 a share, versus 11 cents a year ago. If the days of $1.50 copper are passed, Freeport shares at just eight times earnings might prove a bargain. If prices fall again, the company’s low-cost copper operations in Indonesia will give it an advantage over competitors, but profits and the stock price will surely fall. In late 2008, shares sold for less than one-third today’s price.

Corning

Sales growth, most recent quarter: 57%

If you grew up in a household that never replaced its television but you have bought at least two new sets over the past decade, you’re not alone. Replacement cycles are shortening, according to Jefferies & Company, a New York investment bank, and Wall Street might be underestimating future demand for new flat-panel TVs. That bodes well for Corning (GLW: 18.94, -0.87, -4.39%), an upstate New York company that used to make television tubes and cookware but now specializes in high-tech glass, including the kind used in modern television displays. Its profits are expected to jump 48% this year. Management reckons global demand for glass substrate used in screens will rise 18% to 27%. Shares sell for less than 10 times the 2010 earnings forecast.
Amazon.com

Sales growth, most recent quarter: 46%

Last year, just over half of Amazon’s (AMZN: 129.83, -7.66, -5.57%) sales came from media — books, music, movies and games. Morningstar Equity Research forecasts that media will contribute less than 30% of the company’s sales five years from now. That’s promising, because it helps protect the company from digital media distribution cutting into sales of paperbacks and discs, but media sales are lucrative for Amazon, so overall margins might decline from today’s levels. There’s much to like about Amazon’s asset-light business, customer loyalty and rapid growth. Stockholders have made a killing, twice — when the shares multiplied more than 45 times in value over 18 months ended December 1999, and again, when they multiplied more than 20 times in value from their dotcom-crash low point reached in 2001. However, therein lies the troubling part for those eyeing a purchase of shares today. They sell for 44 times this year’s forecast profit, about three times the valuation of Wal-Mart (WMT: 54.02, +0.28, +0.52%), a company with larger profit margins, 15 times Amazon’s sales and a rapidly growing online store of its own.

The enhanced XTreme Power® XPH-9300U 250 psi produces the most power in Daimer®’s upholstery and auto detailing line of carpet cleaning machines.

Press Release Source: Daimer Industries

WOBURN, MA – January 18, 2010 – Daimer Industries®, a leading international distributor of upholstery carpet cleaners, introduced a 250 psi version of its line of XTreme Power® XPH-9300U carpet cleaning systems. The new line offers 100 psi more pressure, or about 67 percent more cleaning power, than the current 150 psi model. The enhanced carpet cleaners come with the identical industrial-strength steam cleaning capabilities found in other high-end Daimer® systems, such as: oversized solution chambers, enhanced quick-dry technology and a powerful four-inch upholstery head for residential, business and vehicle upholstery.

“Our high-end customers are always clamoring for more power,” according to Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesman. “These 250 psi XPH-9300U units are among our most pressure-intensive carpet extractors with upholstery features.”

High Pressure Upholstery Carpet Cleaners

Daimer®’s XPH-9300U 250 psi carpet shampooers offer a pair of inline heating systems and can produce steam peaking at 210ºF. These new systems are powered by a pair of 2-stage motors, and provide commercial-grade suction power: 150 inches of water lift and 200 CFM of air flow. The upholstery carpet cleaners come with 25 foot solution hoses and 25 foot vacuum hoses for versatility.

These machines offer Daimer’s most popular high-performance features: 15-gallon extraction tanks for waste and 17-gallons tanks for cleaning solution. Daimer®’s low-flow design reduces fluid usage and cuts drying to about 2 hours.

The upholstery carpet cleaners are bundled with a 4-inch jet-powered upholstery wand that was engineered for cleaning tight areas like car seats and headliners and vehicle footwells. Other wand sizes are available as options.

Upgraded unit in XTreme Power® line is ideal for auto detailing and offers small size, value pricing, more pump pressure, plus heating power of units costing much more.

WOBURN, MA – January 07, 2010 - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a worldwide provider of auto detailing carpet cleaners, upgraded the pump pressure of its most powerful super-compact, heated carpet shampooers. The improved XTreme Power® XPH-5900IU line offers a pressure level of 100 psi, up from 60 psi. The machines maintain it small size, maneuverability and heating capabilities that match units costing significantly more. The equipment comes with a compact upholstery cleaning wand.

“Our upgraded XPH-5900IU carpet cleaners are more powerful, but still small enough for tough jobs in tight spaces,” said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesman. “We expect these machines to be popular with our upholstery cleaning and auto detailing customers.”

Powerful Carpet Cleaners, Compact Size

Daimer®’s 100 psi XPH-5900IU carpet cleaning machines now provide 67 percent more power than their 60 psi predecessor. The systems use 2 inline heating units to generate temperatures reaching 210ºF — temperatures normally found only in high-end carpet extractors. These units heat up within 5 minutes and offer drying times of as little as two hours, features typically found in more expensive carpet cleaners.

Even with the added power, these units, designed for auto detailing, upholstery and other cleaning jobs in the tightest spaces, measure only 14″w. x 23″d. x 24″h. The carpet cleaners still weight only 40 pounds. Each machine is outfitted with a compact, powerful upholstery head. Other heads available as options include a special wand for stairs and a larger head for carpets.

The vacuum subsystem for these carpet cleaners includes one two-stage motors that produces air flows reaching 100 CFM and water lift of 100 inches.

Press Release Source: Daimer Industries, Inc.

WOBURN, MA – December 18, 2009 – Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a well-known supplier and international exporter of commercial carpet cleaning products, nearly doubled the power of its XTreme Power® XPH-5900I, one of the highest performing system in the company’s entry level product line. This residential/commercial-grade machine now offers 100-psi performance.

“XPH-5900I carpet extractor has always been known for heating quickly due to their two inline heating elements,” said Daimer.com manager Matthew Baratta,. “Now these affordable machines offer 40 psi higher pressure levels for even better performance.”

Extra-Pressure Carpet Cleaners

The new carpet shampooers produce 100 psi of pump pressure, up from 60 psi offered by its predecessor. For suction power, the carpet cleaners offer 100 inches of water column lift, 100 cfm of airflow and a 110-120v dual-stage motor. For high temperature steam, the carpet cleaners include a pair of inline heating elements that can generate steam temperatures that can reach 210ºF for the toughest jobs. For capacity, the new 5900i units have a minimum 4.5 gallon solution tank and a four gallon recovery chamber.

These carpet cleaners boast Daimer®’s time-saving low-fluid design that increases productivity by reducing water usage and carpet drying time. Carpets and rugs cleaned using the high-powered XPH-5900I can dry in close to two hours. The 1600-watt machines weigh only 40 pounds.

For cleaning professionals and customers concerned about the environment, Daimer® suggests using the company’s Eco-Green® Carpet Care solution with the new XPH-5900I carpet cleaners. Eco Green products are biodegradable green cleaners noted for their effectiveness.

WOBURN, MA – December 10, 2009 – Daimer Industries®, known globally for its industrial cleaning machines, has added KleenJet® Mega 1000CV steam cleaners to its line of auto detailing systems. The new car detailing machines include a robust vacuum for wet and dry cleaning and HEPA filtration for removing allergy causing particles.

“KleenJet® Mega 1000CV auto detailing steam cleaners were designed for spot stain cleaning of upholstery as well as for cleaning a vehicle’s hard surfaces,” noted Daimer.com’s auto detailing expert Matthew Baratta. “For car washes, auto detailing operations and vehicle fleet maintenance — these machines offer a solid choice.”

Auto Detailing Steam Cleaners

The KleenJet® Mega 1000CV steam cleaners offer plenty of capacity for continuous cleaning and maximum productivity.
